We tailor our events to clients needs, rather than expecting one size to fit all. We'll happily prepare a short proposal, once we know a bit about what you want to get out of the day. To get us started, you can call or email. Meanwhile, we can give you some immediate help: here is an outline of a typical day.
This timetable assumes our guests are travelling to the Solent on the morning of the event. If you are staying overnight in or near Southampton, we would suggest starting at 0900 or even 0830. On the other hand, we are quite happy to end the day a bit later if it suits you.
0930 Guests arrive at Royal Southampton Yacht Club for initial briefing
0940 Breakfast is served
1000 Safety briefing on yachts
1030 Depart Ocean Village
1045 Sails are set; guests are shown the ropes as we sail for Cowes
1230 Yachts dock in Cowes Yacht Haven
1240 Guests go ashore for lunch or an aperitif
1300 Lunch is served, on board or ashore
1400 Depart Cowes
1630 Yachts dock in Ocean Village
1645 Tea or champagne on the dockside
