The Little Britain Challenge Cup – for the construction industry and allied professions – is the UK’s biggest corporate regatta, and the second-biggest regatta in the Solent (after Cowes Week). In 2008, 250 yachts took part. We have yachts available for charter equipped either with easily handled cruising sails or hi-tech racing sails including full-blown spinnakers.
There is a practice race on the Thursday afternoon, but the real races take place on Friday (one short, one medium) and Saturday (one long race). The prizes are presented at breakfast time on Sunday. The evening social events are as important as the racing, culminating in the Saturday night Gala Dinner.
